Kehte Deer is from Six Nations of the Grand River where he lives with his wife and daughters. He belongs to the Bear Clan and the Mohawk Nation. He is joining SI as our Language Director and as one of his first projects, he has written the first in a series of Cayuga language books. Please join us in welcoming Kehte to our team!
